In September 2015, we were pleased to appoint Mr Jeroen te Riele as new Head Chef to the ALLEE HOTEL restaurant. He brought his innovative cookery skills with him. Dining at Allee Hotel is a bow to local food and drink. Each menu is carefully crafted using fresh and mostly local produce being used in a relaxed yet imaginative way, evolving through the seasons.
